City Beerfest Comes Back with a Bang!

A marvellous day was had by all in the Guildhall Yard yesterday as the City Beerfest made its triumphant return, with over 30 different beers served up to thirsty crowds!

City Beerfest has been celebrating beer in the heart of the City since 2013 and this year’s event was particularly special as it marked the first time the event has happened since before lockdown. The sun was out and the beer was flowing, and it was brilliant to see the crowds enjoying getting together over a pint.

All the proceeds of the event will be donated to the Lord Mayor’s Appeal, supporting Place2B, OnSide Youth Zones, Samaritans, the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and National Numeracy, and we are extremely grateful to our member breweries who donated all of the beer and their staff time to support this event.
