London Breweries Cycle Ride

27 June 2022

In spite of the rail strike the inaugural London Breweries Cycle Ride, organised by Liveryman Will Calvert, took place on Saturday 25 June.

The route wound 30 miles from Gallions Reach to Chiswick via a dozen working breweries, as many former breweries, at least five historical brewery animals including Jacob the Courage shire horse, the Southbank Lion, and a ram, stag and griffin. The weather was kind and a great time was had by all!

Special thanks to Felix James at Small Beer and Simon Robertson-Mcleod at Battersea Brewery for generosity with their time, and all breweries where the group stopped for their hospitality.
